CCS/MSP432P401R: 20 pin JTAG wiring for XDS110

Part Number: MSP432P401R

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I'm having a problem when I connect the XDS110 to my target board which uses the msp432p401r. Target board by itself draws steady 3.3V @ 0 ma since nothing is running yet. But when I connect the XDS110 via my adapter I'm getting a short circuit - voltage droops down to 0.3V @ 1.4A! Initially I tried the 20 conductor IDC debug cable, and TI CTI20 Male to ARM20-ETM Female adapter that came with the XDS110. Clearly they are not compatible with my JTAG header on the target board. CCS does see the XDS110 ok.

I think all I need is a straight through 2x10 with 1.27mm pin pitch cable and connectors. Does TI have something like that for the XDS110?

An image of my JTAG header pinouts is attached.
