I want to interface BLE device with MSP430FR5994 microcontroller launchpad. So for that which BLE device is compatible?

  • Hi Abhishek,

I will assign an engineer to help you.

  • Hi Abhishek,

I would recommend you start by reading through the documentation for the BLE plugin which can be found on TI resource explorer, I will include a link below. You will likely want to use the cc2650 module boosterpack, but I believe there are a couple hardware configurations that are supported. If you have any other questions, let me know.

  • Hi Alec,

    Thanks for your suggestion.

I am share my work in brief. I have been design a sensor module which is used for  Air Quality Monitoring and this monitoring data is transferred to a Android app platform via Bluetooth low energy device.

So for that purpose I use MSP430FR5994 microcontroller, air quality sensors, and HM 10 BLE DEVICE. This HM 10 BLE device is not made a successful connection.

Now, after your suggestion I see this documentation and use this.

So I want to clarify that your suggested BLE will fulfil my work. Let me know about that and send me the link where from this device will purchased.

    With Regards,

    Abhishek

  • Hi Abhishek,

I will link the store page for the module below. From what you have told me I believe this will fulfill your needs, but definitely check the documentation to make sure the specs meet your needs. This module should be easier to use since you will be able to leverage our BLE plugin and its included examples. If you have any issues with it, you can always reference our documentation on TI resource explorer or make a post here on E2E. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
