MSP430F2272: SVS in MSP430x2xx Family

Hello,

We are working on an application using MSP430F2272 and are encountering an issue where the supply slowly degrades and will benefit from an integrated supply supervisor. In the MSP430x2xx User Guide, the Supply Voltage Supervisor section states that the "SVS is implemented in in selected MSP430x2xx devices". Are you able to highlight which devices integrate SVS for us to transition form MSP430F2272? Appreciate the help!

Hi Garret,

MSP430F247 might be an option.

You can find the MSP430 product selector at https://www.ti.com/microcontrollers/msp430-ultra-low-power-mcus/products.html but it does not have a filter based on the SVS functionality.

Looking for devices that have 32KB memory like the MSP430F2272, https://www.ti.com/microcontrollers/msp430-ultra-low-power-mcus/products.html#p3100=32;512 and filtering on MSP430F2 devices shows a few devices but MSP430F247 is the closest from a price point. The functional block diagram on page 7 of the datasheet (https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/msp430f247)

Please see if it meets all other requirements for the application.
