MSP430FR6043: Maximum operation frequency

Hello!

I use MSP430FR6043 evaluation board with MSW-A10400H07TR-W (400kHz) ultasonic sensors. I use Trans-Axial tube design. Settings you can see in the attachments file.

What is the minimum UPS0 to UPS1 gap?
Is it possible to make it less than 30ms? What are the limitations?

Hi Babaeva,

When using the GUI, you will be limited by the GUI interactions based on the speed of your computer and the communication overhead. The algorithm executes in approximately 8ms so if you aren't communicating with the GUI and disable going to sleep in the source code, you should be able to get at least 100 measurements per second.

Please give me a cue how to disable LPM3 mode. I suppose that MCU goes to sleep in it. Or how to disable sleep mode?)

You need to comment out this line of code in USSLibGUIApp.c:

USSLibGUIApp_Delay(); /* Delay for proper time */
