i buy one MSP-FET form TI website, the order number is T00771440, currently it can not work. Where do i send my MSP-FET for repair? I connected the TI Customer Support, the reply as following:

i know the E2E is technical forum, but TI Customer Support Center need me ask in E2E, we buy this tool on Date:20.05.2020, sales order is:T00771440

or you can tell me how to repair it? i can repair it by myself.

Can you describe the problem that you are having with the MSP-FET? Maybe we can troubleshoot it here, but the customer support center is who would handle the replacement.

When I connected the msp-fet to the computer, the computer could not find the msp-fet, and the msp-fet indicator led not light.

Ok, so no LED even. Have you tried some basic things like using a different USB cable and different USB port? If you have another PC, it could be good to check on that too. If you still are not getting any LED, you probably have a defective unit. The support center should be able to send a replacement and you can reference this thread.
