I want to use the cpu flash record some data.

1.now I already set the cmd ,when I write some data in the flash. the cpu is Abnormal.Do you have a good plan?or demo.

Hi Whong,

The F021 flash API should be used to write data to the flash. You can not flip the flash cell from state "0" to state "1". This mean you can not program "0xFFFFFFFF" to a location whose content is 0x00000000.
