TM4C1294NCPDT: GPIO voltage

Part Number: TM4C1294NCPDT

Hi team,

The old datasheet (attached) says the GPIO is 5V tolerant when configured as inputs (page 738). This datasheet is dated 12/12/2013.

The updated data sheet (dated 2014 and link below) says all pins are only 3.3V tolerant with a maximum voltage of 4V on the GPIO.

Some of my customer's designs might have 5V on certain pins. Could you clarify if the part is 5V tolerant or 3.3V? Could you also clarify where there is a change in GPIO tolerant voltage?
