Hi, 

Did you flash the all i* files to flash with the intel hex format? 

Generated single hex file (romwidth and memwidht set to 32) and tried same. but of no use...

You can compare the flash contents with uniflash and find out the missing part of the code. Could you compare the code between out file and intel-hex?  

This may be difficult to check for few days because of lockdown. But since it is not working it means there is some issue So could you please let me know if generating hex file has some thing to try? 

Let's confirm the whole thing again. 1. You tried .out file and the function is ok. 2. You tried intel hex but may not flash all files but only .hex file. it cannot work. 3, I asked to check the memory within the debugger to compare the code. but you said it was lockdown. So I need understand the reason of lockdown. Usually even it cannot work, you can still flash it if you didnot protect it. 

Yes, The .out file worked as expected. With romwidth and memwidth set to 32, single hex file got generated. This file gets flashed to board successfully but the board will not work after that. A simple heartbeat LED will not turn ON. though the flash process shows successful.

Lockdown i meant, i cannot go to office and test flash content since we have constraint going to office because of COVID.  

But as said i know very well the hex file is not working.

You can use Uniflash to read the memory and compare the memory code between out file and intel hex file. I doubted there are some code address out of romwidth 32. I highly recommend you to use TI-TXT or a seperated intel hex file without any restriction.

So you just want to make sure the hex file you generated can work properly except the .out file, is it correct? 

Please use intel hex with no option and flash all .i files. Or please use TI_TXT file which is only one .txt file.
