Got TM4C1233E6PM Parts from Mouser: Qualified as Engineering Samples

Register 2: Device Identification 1 (DID1) reads 1003602C which indicates Bit 1:0 QUAL 0x0 Engineering Sample (unqualified). The chip marking does not even have a TI Logo on it.
How comes that you get unqualified stuff without being informed?
After the LM3S mess, I start to doubt TI's policies again. How can I explain this to our customer?
So far the chip works fine for our application but....

Hello Werner,

Can you please send a memory dump of the System Control Address Space from 0x400FE000 to 0x400FE0FC on an erased device and send it across for analysis

sorry, I can't access the memory on a erased device, here is a copy of this memory using ulink2 reading the memory, and I have to manually copy / paste it, below a picture of the screenshot

Hello Werner

The System Control Space should be accessible on an erase device. However the data you sent is also helpful. An additional request would be to send a picture of the top-side of the package (to see if any markings are there)

Hello Werner,

I checked internally and what you are seeing is correct. The DID1 register will show unqualifed part field, but it is qualified devices that are with the distributors. I have asked the errata to be update for the same for Rev-6 parts
