Hello TIVA,
We connected a ek-TM4C123G board as a JTAG debugger to our custom board.
We removed the jumper adjacent to R17 so that this bypasses the ek - TM4C123G board microcontroller.
We wired the TCK,TMS,TDO,TDI lines to our JTAG interface of our custom board (TM4C1237e6pz).
When we try to debug the custom board using code composer, the code composer gives an Error "cannot initialize Target".

We did connect exactly the same way as mentioned in the post.
We connected the TCK, TMS, TDI, TDO, RST and GND from the EK-TM4C123GXL to the custom board.
We would like to know the TDI from the EK-TM4C123GXL is to
be connected to TDI Pin of custom board or TDO lines.
As per the posting we connected the VBus to the ICDI Pin. Request for more clarificatio whether the line is VDD..
We would like to know if any software 
drivers needs to be installed apart from the Code Composer Installation (version 6.1.0).
