TIDA-00203 EMI/EMC Temperature, Humidity and Vibration Capabilities

Hello,

I am a hardware Engineer and working on a project that needs to incorporate the functionalities of TIDA-00203. The board needs to comply with the EMI/EMC, Temperature, Humidity and Vibration qualifications of EN 50155: 2007, EN 55016, EN6100-4-8:2010, AREMA Part11.5.1 (2009) and etc. certifications.

I would like to know if the TIDA-00203 board as it is has gone through any tests and if there is a documentation taking note of those tests. For example I can see ESD protection circuitry for most of the I/Os but I can't find any documentation that shows the standards to which the design decisions comply.

Any information would be highly appreciated.
