We need validation reports for Tivaware and its supported utilities. Where can we find them? 

Are there any quality related documents or records?

    I don't think you will be able to get any...
    Every header of included Tivaware file has, among other things:

    /* THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS */
    /* "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT */
    /* LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR */
    /* A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.

    The validation is likely to be needed from user's end - test it, create fail mode scenarios, validate the results, approve... Plan B is to create your own libraries.
