That is not a link from Texas Instruments. Links from Texas Instruments will be in the form of "ti.com", not "wufoo.com".

on the "Request a SafeTI NDA and Access to SafeTI NDA Documentation" button it guides you to this page.

So can you please let me know the next steps to get the documentation?

This form is for another company to initiate the process of signing a safeTI NDA with TI. This specific NDA is required for us to share any safeTI collateral with that company.

Can you ask your customer to fill out the necessary information on that form? What error are they getting?
