Hi!

I am using Windows 10 PRO 64bits and Windows doesn't recognize the LaunchPad.

I already tried to install the drivers and it worked fine

I ran on it the examples that is in ti drivers folder and it worked fine after while when i tried to plug it into different usb port to burn on it another code pc doesn't feel it is connected

i tried it on different pc but the problem remains.

I tried also using different programs (LM flash programmer, UniFlash and Keil) but all of them says it is not connected and the device manager doesnot show any new device connected

but the code on the device works well no program but the device doesnot communicate on pc at all

Note: I bought the board yesterday and I only ran on it the codes given by TI

Do you see any of the devices in your device manager as listed in the "original question" thread when you plug in the EK-TM4C123XL?

no, nothing of these devices appear in device manager

Is it possible that you accidentally reprogrammed the TM4C123 device that acts as the in-circuit debug interface? This could happen if you try a DFU update when attached to the debug port instead of the OTG port. I don't have a practical way of recovering the board if this is the case.

If it is just an artifact of bad code in the emulation device, try the unlock procedure using LM Flash Programmer. The procedure is described on page 21 of:

Make sure you are holding down the RESET button when you connect JTAG to the board and don't release the RESET button until instructed by the LM Flash Programmer.

I cannot use lm flash programmer because pc cannot connect to device and I didnot use DFU update

If the ICDI device was damaged by ESD then the EK-TM4C123GXL needs to be replaced. Unfortunately I have no other debug suggestions.
