EK-TM4C123GXL: Ordering Error Message: We cannot process your order at this time due to corporate policy restriction CP5.

Part Number: EK-TM4C123GXL

On this link, when I press the "Add to cart" button and "Checkout" button to fill out the forms, I get the following error message at the end: "We cannot process your order at this time due to corporate policy restriction CP5."

What do I do to order the product?

I've removed my name and address from the screen dump. And, I've placed a large red arrow pointing to the error message.

Thank you,

Distributors "Digikey & Mouser" both report this LPad as "in Stock."

Should vendor prove unable to quickly/efficiently resolve - such may prove a reasonable alternative...

  • Hello Christopher,
Thank you for bringing your problem to our attention.
We are investigating and will reply back Monday next week.

  • Hello,

Please use a shipping address without a P.O. Box listed and you should be all set ordering.

  • Hello Mr. Beringer,

Such "P.O. Boxes" are often employed by Tech Firms in "highly competitive" industries - as an "Added Security Measure."    My tech firm services several w/in the Autonomous Vehicle Field (centered mainly in/around San Jose) and this practice is most common.   (and necessary - many of these facilities receive all of their shipments & payments - via the "privacy" afforded by the U.S. postal service.)    Often the buildings themselves and/or the units w/in a business park are "Unnamed and/or Code-Named" - leaving no indication of the firm's focus/tech specialty...

Note that (many) electronic distributors regularly ship to P.O. Boxes - as a convenience to customers & a solid means to prevent "theft" via "Porch Pirates"    Shipments are regularly made via (both) "First Class & Priority Mail" (w/in the U.S.) - Fed-Ex & U.P.S. (perhaps less enlightened) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.    Note too that the U.S. Postal Service will regularly visit the shipper's facility to, "Pick Up" & special shipping software is provided to "Speed, Ease & Enhance" this (cost reduced) shipping method.

So long as your payment is confirmed in advance  - and the amount in question is "reasonable" - this "P.O. Box restriction" seems "Sales limiting" - may deserve further thought & consideration...
