MCU Development Board/Kit for Aerospace (Drone) Applications

Hello. I am in need for a high performance and a low performance microcontroller dev board for drone based applications. One application would be a tracking antenna from the ground control station, the other for a smart winch system on board an industrial drone. I will also be looking for a microcontroller that would suit future projects' needs, not necessarily specific to the antenna and winch project. Note that none of these microcontrollers will be used as an autopilot system. The low performance microcontroller will be used for small applications such as a wireless smart hook for the winch, where size and weight plays a significant role. The high performance microcontroller will be used for bigger applications (such as the antenna) requiring RTOS and many inputs from sensors, I2C, and UART. In the future, these projects will be aerospace certified. I have so far looked at the MSP430, C2000, Hercules and TM4C123/129 MCUs but can't seem to narrow my search. Can anyone provide me with some suggestions? Thank-you.
