TM4C1294KCPDT: Corporate email address required for support?

As an active contributor in the E2E support forums, we want you to be aware of upcoming e-mail log-in changes. These updates are being implemented to ensure we provide the quickest resolution to your support issues.

Starting September 29, 2020, you must have a valid company or university email address associated with your myTI account to post within the forums. You are receiving this communication to give you an opportunity to update your myTI account profile to ensure you quickly get support the next time you have a question for us.

Please log in to myTI to update your account with a valid company or university email address.  You can find instructions on updating your email and other elements of your profile in myTI account FAQ.  If you do not take action now, you will be prompted to make this change the next time you log in.

Until you update your account profile, we recommend that you do not create any additional threads in the TI E2E support forums.  Any open threads that are not resolved by September 29 should be addressed through our customer support center. Please include your thread URL in your support request.
