RTOS/TM4C1294NCZAD: HTTPS Web server connection time out on loading the web page

Hello,

The Web server certificate handshake at the start is getting TCP time out with Chrome browser. I have used HTTP server of TI for development and added the secured SSL layer using WolfSSL over HTTP server.

I am using the following TI RTOS version.

tirtos_tivac_2_16_01_14

ndk_2_25_01_11

bios_6_45_02_31

Here is the screen shot from wireshark.

Please can you help me to identify the cause of this issue.  This problem occur with Chrome only. I am using chrome version 60.0.3112.113 .

It works fine with Mozilla and Internet explorer.
