I would like to know the power pad of DRV8714-Q1 is internally connected to GND or open. Can you answer it?

    Hello!

    It is not.  The die attach is non-conductive.  However, we strongly advise it be connected to the GND plane in board for heat dissipation.  It should not be connected to any other potential voltage.
