DRV8301: Suitable Replacement Part

Hello Robert,

While we are encountering severe supply restrictions on most of the portfolio, I can recommend the following devices to take a look at:

• DRV8302 (hardware variant of DRV8301)
• DRV8303 (DRV8301 without the buck inside)
• Other devices in the portfolio (DRV832x, DRV834x-Q1,  & DRV835x) are functionally similar but will be a larger redesign effort.
