Hi experts, 

Before we start to put this to a prototyping project, my IQC observed copper marks on the pins.

Because we only have limited pieces for use, please advise what are these marks and if it will affect usage.

    I may not be understanding the question, but those "marks" are part of the wettable flank package.  They are "divets" that are cut into the leadframe on purpose so solder will wick up the side of the package and make visual inspection easier.  You can see these clearly shown in the package drawings at the end of the datasheet.
