DRV2667: What is the major difference of DRV2667 from DRV2665?

Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using DRV2667 for their new products.

They have a few questions about this device as the follows.

Could you please give me your reply?

Q1. What is the major difference of DRV2667 from DRV2665?

Is it whether they have internal memory or not?

(DRV2667 has 2kB waveform memory internally.)

Q2. I can't see any Gain Bandwidth graph in DRV2667 datasheet.

Do you have the Gain Bandwidth graph or data?

DRV2700 datasheet has the graph. DRV2667 gain bandwidth is similar

GB characteristics with DRV2700 one?

Q1. Yes the difference between the devices is the additional memory present in the DRV2667.

Q2. As for the Gain Bandwidth graph I will check on that for you and get back to you.

Hey Kazuya,

The DRV2700 bandwidth charts can be used, just make sure you account for the conditions of each graph and make sure you use matching conditions.
