DRV8301: The BST pin (48\43\38) of the high-side charge pump is short-circuited

Part Number: DRV8301

Hi Team,

Refer to the official data sheet, the customer drew a board. He uses Odrive's firmware. When testing, the 8301 will be hot after using OdriveTool to configure the parameters. After measuring, the BST pins of the three charge pumps will be randomly short-circuited to ground (two pieces have been broken, different pins). The Gvdd voltage will also drop to about 3 volts. The temperature of the short-circuited BST pin is normal after peeling off the pad. Customer would like to know how to resolve this case?

Thanks,

Annie
