    Helena,

    There is only one difference.  The DRV8705S-Q1 has low-side current sense amplifier capability and the DRV8706S-Q1 can be used for inline or high-side as the amplifier has a high common-mode range.  

    You can check amplifier specifications in the datasheet to see the difference.
