DRV8860: Question for DRV8860 High Probability No Output Issue

Hi Team,

Our customer is using DRV8860 and found 2pcs failure out of 5000pcs without normal output compared with good device, some waveforms captured are as below. Can you help to check what's the possible reason for these two failures, why there is normal input signals, but no normal output?

Hi Jacky,

It is hard to view the waveforms. can you zoom in on the waveforms for both the working and the device with the failure. I want to take look at the DIN signal.

Hi Pablo,

Sorry for the late response, after many rounds verification and checked with CQE team, we located this root cause for this failure to delamination at the interface of die pad/resin, leadframe/resin. This question can be closed now, thanks for the support.
