DRV2511Q1EVM: What does "DNP" means in schematic?

Hello experts,

When I'm reading the schematic of DRV2511Q1EVM, I find that R40 is marked with "DNP" and is not on the EVM.

I want to know the meaning of "DNP".

Accroding to the datasheet of DRV2511, when R41 is 20k, R40 is 100k, the gain should be 26dB.

Do I need to add an 100k to R40 on the EVM?
