DRV8106-Q1: Offset error

Need to detect mid load current. Monitoring amplifier output by MCU to calibrate offset error. 

Gain error at VSP=24mV not in datasheet. Will DRV8106-Q1 meet target error spec (<10% at VSP=24mV (2mOhm * 12A)) ?

    Austin,

    Specifications for gain error, input offset, and offset drift over temperature are in the datasheet.  These will be the main sources for error.  Depending on temp range, it may be difficult to meet this specification due to offset drift over temp.  

    Recommendation is to use a large sense resistor so that offset has less contribution to error.
