DRV8320: Medical standards for power electronics (motor driver and mosfets circuits)

Hello,

Hypothetical massager device with BDLC motor is using DRV8332 and application suitable mosfets (for example csd88584) will be used in medical. Ignoring all other parts (mechanical and electronics like battery management control) what medical standards for electronics should only motor driver block apply to in general?

Within MD and BLDC, we do not adhere or advise on medical standards. Those decisions and standards are upheld by the end customer building the medical devices using our gate driver devices.
