DRV8343S-Q1EVM: DRV 8343 GUI AFTER INTALLATION NOT SUPPORT

Hello Team,

I have installed DRV8343S-Q1 EVM for evolution in windows 10 ,but I can not open GUI ,even i tried many time also uninstall again installed but it does not open GUI  , even i tried to open search bar on the left bottom also but not able open , what is the solution for open for GUI ? if tried windows 7 is working fine !!,

Does it DRV8343 EVB GUI is support windows 10 ?

    Hi Bhuvaneshwaran,

    DRV8343-Q1EVM GUI works fine on Windows 10 for me. Does this application come up?


    If so, can you open this file location and run the "oneui_nw_launch.vbs" file and see if the GUI loads?

     I have tried to open this file location and run the "oneui_nw_launch.vbs" file  but can not open the GUI launch , sometime appeared few second then disappeared the GUI launch in my system .

    One of our teammates is going to install the GUI today on their laptop and see if they run into any installation/launch issues. We will update you on progress soon.

    Hi Bhuvaneshwaran,

    Thanks for the info, I installed the GUI on my Windows 10 system just a couple of minutes ago with no issues. I also tried running the GUI from the launcher folder file "oneui_nw_launch.vbs" mentioned above and did not run into any problems running the GUI from here as well.

    Have you only tried installing it on the same system or has this been on different systems? If you have a personal computer at home to try this it might be worthwhile to try. My concern is that you might have some sort of security restriction on your system that prevents the GUI from running on that system. Let me know if changing the computer works!
