Hi Team,

Customer wants to check if our EVM can change output freq to any other value instead of 20KHz?

I couldn't see any control for this in the GUI, thanks!

    Andrew,

    It is not available today, but we are currently working on a new GUI that can adjust to 10k, 5k, 2.5k.  Is that sufficient? 

    New GUI will be available in January of 2022.

    Customer wants to add 25k as well, thanks.

    By the way, customer wonder in DRV8245S-Q1 register, do we have anything to change operating frequency?

    I was thinking this operating freq is depending purely on the input signal and It's nothing to do with our DRV device, correct?

    Andrew,

    You are correct.  Device has no way to adjust PWM frequency.  That comes from the MCU.

    25k is not easy to add.  It needs to be a multiple of 20k for simplicity.  We provide firmware and they can make the change themselves if absolutely required.
