Hi team,

There is a probability that the drive chip will shoot through approximately 1 per thousand after the bulk shipment, mainly show as the drive chips PIN27 and PIN41 have two holes on the surface of the chip and some of the faulty parts pin will be burned. What might be the reason for that? Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Hi Cherry,

Are you stating that there are physical holes on the packaging of the chip surface? Can you please share images of the faulty parts with holes on the surface of the chip? Once I see images, I'll follow up with the quality team.
