DRV110: Driving DRV110 and controlling Enable pin through Microcontroller from Same Power Supply

Part Number: DRV110

I am using a same power supply for driving the DRV110 and controlling the Enable pin of it through a Microcontroller. During power supply Start up the DRV110 is automatically ON and current start to flow through solenoid as it VIH is above 1.3 V to 1.65V DC or Enable pin is floating the DRV110 will start up. For disabling the DRV110 the EN pin should be Ground. The Micro controller has a boot time and cannot provide Ground instantaneously which is required for DRV110 to make disable. We also used a Voltage divider from VIN = 15V of supply pin and making divider such that the voltage divider is below 1.3V DC during start up and will add 3.3V from Micro pin when we want to enable DRV110. But issue is not resolved during start up of power supply. What additional circuit we need to add to resolve this issue.
