1. What factors does DRV8306 generates jitter?
2. What accuracy would error be calculated by FGOUT of DRV8306? max, typ, min?

Hi Hideki-san,
1) Smart Gate Drive devices use input synchronization to the internal oscillator, so jitter at the gate drive outputs can be anywhere from 0-50ns due to 20MHz internal oscillator frequency.
2) FGOUT error is negligible based on Hall inputs, there is no delay introduced from XOR of the Hall inputs.
