We got  additional question from customer. Please advise us.

Please let us know what is the maximum voltage of the gate drive voltage (GHx, GLx output voltage) at Lo?
Because the internal circuit is a totem pole circuit and the lower FET is turned on at Lo,they believe that a drain-source voltage will be generated.

  • Hi Kura-san,

What is "Lo" again in this circumstance? Input = low? WAKE = low?

Typically whenever a gate driver's inputs are low or the device is in a gate driver shutoff state (EN_GATE = low or WAKE = low), there is a passive and semi-active pulldown that will pull the gate drive output to its source voltage, so it depends on the source voltage at that moment (SHx, SLx).

    Thanks,
    Aaron
