DRV8434AEVM: Motor jitter issue

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The chip is connected to the motor, the motor jitter for a while, it is slightly loaded, and the hand-axis force is very small. The reference level is set at 3 V.

Could you help check this issue? Thanks.

    Cherry,

    We are going to need a lot more details to debug this one. 

    1) EVM or customer board? 

    2) If customer board, schematic? 

    3) If EVM, need to know settings for each pin. 

    4) Can they share a scope capture of the STEP and DIR inputs?  What is the voltage of the  motor driver?
