DRV8840: help check SCH

Part Number: DRV8840

1. The DRV8840 chip has no voltage output, and the power supply voltage is 24V
2. This has never happened before
3. Tested that each control port signal is normal
4. There are about 10 broken pieces

Can you provide more information on the problems you are having? What issues are you observing?

What type of load are you driving? is it a motor or some type of coil/inductor? I cannot tell from the schematic.

Were these devices completely damaged. Meaning they did not function afterwards? Did all of the ICs you tested become damaged?

They are no output anymore.The load is an motor.

It's difficult for me to find the root cause with the information you have provided. Can you provide any more information about the failure? Have you collected any measurements or data?
