Can you provide more information on the problems you are having? What issues are you observing?
What type of load are you driving? is it a motor or some type of coil/inductor? I cannot tell from the schematic.

Were these devices completely damaged. Meaning they did not function afterwards? Did all of the ICs you tested become damaged?
They are no output anymore.The load is an motor.
