DRV8243-Q1: How much Shelf-Life and which condition do we have to store the device for guaranteed self-life?

Which part do I have to take a look on https://www.ti.com/support-quality/faqs/product-shelf-life-faqs.html? I cannot find DRV8243-Q1 on "Table 5-1. Product Samples" shown in Component Reliability After Long Term Storage.

Could you tell me "How much Shelf-Life (Ex. xxx-years from manufacturing IC or delivered to customer) and which condition (Ex. not open MBB, temperature, humidity, and so on) do we have to store the device for guaranteed self-life for DRV8243-Q1?"

Unfortunately, you didn't tell me which package you are interested in.  Can you please tell me?   There is a table in the app note that most likely covers a similar package.  I can check it for you or you can check it once you find the package you want.

Thank you so much. The package I am interested in is VQFN-HR (RXY) used on DRV8243HQRXYRQ1. Could you guarantee the shelf-life by referring to similar package information or is it just estimation?

A VQFN device appears to be part of that study, so the same conclusion (at end of article) on shelf life will apply.
