DRV8434AEVM: Cannot download install files from Web

Hi team,

My customer selected 'Download from web' but it is aborted with the error below. I can do it through TI internal network so that the error may be caused by security software which prohibit automatic download from web.

In this case, how to install from local file? I found 'install_image_DRV8434A.zip', is it able to selected as a install file?

Hi team,

Now I have tried to launch GUI but the server timeout error is occurred. Is the server currently under maintenance? If so, please let me know when it can be available.

Hello,

I don't know of any issues. We have seen several issues with security blocking downloads. Do you have a personal PC you can try?

Thanks for checking! It could be installed successfully by download gcruntime manually from the URL below, and there is no issue about the timeout. I referred to DRV8434SEVM GUI User's Guide.

Download the gcruntime installer from the URL below.
Run the gcruntime installer and proceed install.
Extract 3. DRV8434A Software (sloc367.zip)
Run DRV8434A-0.1.6.setup-win_8.0.0.exe

GUI composer runtime installer
