DRV8304: Using CPH to drive a MOSFET

Part Number: DRV8304

Hello,

I know the DRV8304S comes with a charge pump to drive high side MOSFETs and that the VCP pin gives us the charge pump output.

I would like to use that voltage (~ VM+13.5) to drive a different MOSFET (not one of the half bridge MOSFETs).

Can I connect VCP to the MOSFET gate directly? Are there any design recommendations that must be followed if I am using the VCP as input to a MOSFET?

Thanks and regards,

Vishnu

Edit: Meant VCP in the title, not CPH.
