My customer asked me regarding Abs of SOX pin.
We can't find it on datasheet.
Does SOX pin have specification of absolute maximum voltage/current?
If no, could you tell me why is no spec?
We would like to consider if the SOX pin needs to be protected.

Hi Higa-san,
SOx output is a function of VREF (2.8V to AVDD input range). This is the VLINEAR spec in the Specifications tables. SOx should not be more than AVDD for maximum voltage. Please see figure below.
We do not have I-V curve for SOx output. SOx can support up to 30pF capacitive load at the pin output.
