Hi Higa-san,

We need to check if we have GBW and slew rate specs for SOx outputs.

We support 30pF capacitive load at the SOx pin. Adding RC filter will increase settling time and decrease the slew rate with higher capacitances.

Hi Higa-san,

We do not support slew rate setting for SOx.

For GBW, the closest we can provide is tset. When a step on SOX = 1.2V is provided, it introduces a settling time of no more than 1us. The frequency range of the step input is unknown, but we have validated our CSAs up to 5 MHz cutoff frequency.
