DRV8353RS-EVM: The fault light is always blinking

• What is the VDS_OCP setting? It’s possible this is being tripped with the higher voltage supply. Consider raising the value of VDS_LVL.
• What are the IDRIVE settings?
• Could you monitor the GHC, SHC, GLC, and FAULT pins during motor commutation and post the waveform (trigger on nFAULT going low). Reading the status registers during this time would also be helpful

The customer has tried to increase the VDS_LVL and IDRIVE values, nFAULT is latched and VGS_LC is set to 1. After that, even if the original value and a slightly lower value are recalled, the VGS_LC setting cannot be canceled.

I will consult with the team about the IDRIVE values and VDS_LVL settings.

In the meantime, could you monitor the GHC, SHC, GLC, and FAULT pins during motor commutation and post the waveform (trigger on nFAULT going low)?

Thanks and I'm afraid the customer was not able to capture these waveforms you mentioned, currently an additional GDF is set to 1 and the 8353RS chip is too hot to doing more research.
