Hello!

Is there a recommended order to send SPI configuration commands?

I want to get an application manual that describes the setting order.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your questions.

    -Datasheet has application and implementation section starting from page 129. It can be referred as user manual.

    -No specific SPI command order requirements, however here is example.

     1. Do not enable H-Bridge output (OP_CTRL_1 and OP_CTRL_2). Just leave them as default. - Please refer datasheet 8.3.1.1.4.6

     2. Program other registers for configuration set up. (You may disable protections not used. e.g OLD_CTRL_1 and OLD_CTRL_2)

     3. CLR_FLT in CONFIG_CTRL. This is optional but fault condition will be cleared.

     4. Program H-Bridge output (OP_CTRL_1 and OP_CTRL_2) to start motor operation.
