May I use motor driver to driver generate pulse signal as below?

If yes, may I know what solution you recommend?

    Hey Jeff,

    Per 6.5 Electrical Characteristics, the rise time and fall time is 50 ns - 300 ns, which is significantly less than the 3us you specify.  Also check out the Timing Requirements on the following page to make sure the propagation delay time is acceptable for your application.  

    What is your planned application, is it toggling a relay or solenoid or driving a motor?  We have application notes that might help with the specific case, Ex. solenoid.
