Do you have a chart or some data showing the derating output current as temperature rise?

Absolute maximum rating for output current is "internally limited", is there a number X amps, or just this data?

Hi Eliseo,

We don't have this specific data. The output current will be limited by the current regulation limit and OCP threshold of the device.

Given a fixed output current, you can use the output RDSon derating across temperature to estimate the output current.
