DRV8428EVM: Not able to detect correct motor type in EVM GUI application

Hi,

I am trying to bring up DRV8428EVM to test stepper motor interface. I have DRV8428 EVM test suite installed on my machine.

I am able to detect Hardware but i am not able to select proper motor type and when i am trying to prog the EVM via GUI I am getting following error

Hello Anurag,

The problem here is that the GUI software is not detecting the EVM. Did you follow the installation procedure in the User's Guide?

Hi Pablo,

Yes, I have installed as per instructions in User Guide.

Do you think this can be firewall issue?

Could be. you can try installing on a personal computer outside of your company firewall.
