DRV8881: Working temperature problem about DRV8881PRHRT

Hi team,

This device, DRV8881PRHRT, is now used in my customer's nine-inch dome machine. But now the nine-inch dome machine is very hot, so there is a problem that needs your support:

1. Is there anything special about soldering temperature for this IC?

2. What is the maximum allowable operating temperature for this IC and the corresponding operating time?

Nothing special beyond our PowerPAD layout recommendations, see:

The second document has a specific section 3.2 Solder Reflow Profile Suggestion.

Per 6.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings the peak operating junction temperature is 150C. Max Operating ambient temperature (TA) is 125C per 6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions. Thermal shutdown temperature is 150C.
