    Hi Kevin,

    The DRV8301-Q1 was not designed to any functional safety standard, so this device does not have these documents available that you requested. Are you looking at using the DRV8301-Q1 for a new design? Is having the safety documentation something that is a requirement for your team? If so, could you give me some background on the design (end application, voltage and current requirements)? That would allow me to suggest alternative parts that have functional safety information available.

    Yes, is end customer new requirement.

    1. Application: ATV EPS system
    2. Voltage:12V
    3. Current: CA 30A
