Hi,

Please let me know

1. Where is CCS project file for the defaul .out file used in a new board , downloaded from GUI , located ?

2. Does this default .out file work only without Hall sensor feedback ? that is, does it have a provsiion to use hall sensor feedback for better low speed and torque performance ?

3. I have lab05 project for DRV8353. Do we have any other example projects for DRV8353 ? Is lab05 with hall sensor feedback ? My application is with Hall sensor feedback

Thank you for posting to the Motor Drivers forum!

1. The firmware for the DRV8353RS-EVM that is used with the GUI can be downloaded from the following link: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slvc736

2. The firmware linked above is designed only for sensorless applications. Unfortunately, we do not provide any firmware for sensored applications for the DRV8353RS-EVM.

3. Regarding additional sample projects for the DRV8353, you can download the zip file mention in the following FAQ: DRV8353RS-EVM with InstaSPIN and MotorWare support

After downloading and extracting the zip file, the following path 7532.sw_drv8353\sw_drv8353\solutions\instaspin_foc\src shows a list of different example projects that you can reference.
