DRV8302: What is the maximum high and low level transition frequency of the gate of this IC?

Hi team,

The customer is wondering what is the maximum frequency at which the gate high and low level transitions of the DRV8301/8302 outputs can be made? Is it based on f_gate 200kHz(MAX) in datasheet 6.3 or on the time of each action in section 6.6? 

Could you help look into this case? Thanks.

    The maximum frequency that the gate high and low transitions can be made is based on f_gate which is calculated by dividing the total average gate drive current/6 by the total gate charge of the MOSFETS.

    For the DRV8301 and DRV8302 the total average gate drive current is 30 mA, which makes the equation: (30 mA/6)/ total gate charge.
